AiFiLands is a land verification and decision-intelligence platform. It is NOT: A real estate broker, A property agent, A legal advisor, An environmental consultant, A mining authority, An investment advisor.

2. User Eligibility

Users must: Be at least 18 years old, Provide accurate and lawful information, Have legal authority to upload or view property data.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

• Buyers: Use platform insights responsibly, Conduct independent due diligence, Obtain all statutory approvals independently.
• Sellers: Upload truthful and complete information, Ensure document authenticity, Accept verification outcomes objectively.
• Area Representatives: Provide accurate field inputs, Avoid conflicts of interest, Maintain confidentiality.

4. Property Listings & Verification

• Listings are subject to multi-stage verification
• Verification does not guarantee title, approvals, or transaction success
• Platform reserves the right to reject or delist properties

5. Industrial, Quarry & Mining Lands (Special Clause)

Properties related to industrial, quarry, mining, or special-use lands may require: Zoning approvals, Environmental clearances, Mining leases, Pollution control consents, Forest / revenue permissions. AiFiLands does not guarantee the availability or approval of such permissions.

6. Scorecards & Analytics

Scores are indicative, not determinative. Generated using structured inputs and AI models. Must not be treated as legal, financial, or investment advice.

7. Founder Priority & Restricted Access

Founder dashboards and pre-public listings are: Confidential, Subject to internal evaluation, Not guaranteed for public release.

8. Fees & Payments

Platform fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Future investment modules may introduce separate terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, score logic, workflows, and dashboards are the exclusive intellectual property of AiFiLands. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

AiFiLands shall not be liable for: Regulatory rejections, Transaction failures, Financial losses, Third-party disputes, Changes in law or policy. Users agree to use the platform at their own discretion.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify AiFiLands against claims arising from: False information, Regulatory non-compliance, Misuse of platform data.

12. Suspension & Termination

AiFiLands reserves the right to: Suspend accounts, Restrict access, Terminate users without notice for violations.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
